Zerveas Villas are located in Mani (Messinia prefecture), in the Peloponnese region, in between Stoupa and Neochori. It is a beautiful area with wonderful mountains, traditional villages, Byzantine churches and Mani towers. The villas are only 1,5km (0,9 miles) from the well-known beaches of Stoupa and Kalogria. Specifically, three traditional newly-built stone villas, two of 140sq.m. each, while the third is 160sq.m. They are available for short or long term rental, depending on the period. |
